Complete Respectful Workplace, 4 Video Set

Run time: See individual running times
In addition to training on the prevention of illegal harassment and discrimination, it’s important that organizations do all they can to thwart disruptive or disrespectful behaviors that aren’t necessary illegal…but are still very destructive. When employees are made to feel picked on, left out, or “invisible” (by their co-workers or their boss), they will not perform to their optimal level and the organization as a whole will suffer.
The four videos below can be purchased separately…but they are best used together. This special
Complete Set pricing makes it an even more affordable training solution.
The Respectful Workplace: It Starts With You (15 minutes) – Suitable for employees at all levels of the organization, this video’s skills points deal with avoiding different types of discriminatory and disrespectful behavior while acting in ways that build people up (not tear them down).
The Respectful Communicator: The Part You Play (18 minutes) – Suitable for employees at all levels of the organization, this video goes beyond “basic” communication skills and includes techniques for making sure you understand what someone has said, caring about the way you come across, and showing people you value their input.
The Respectful Supervisor: Integrity and Inclusion (12 minutes) – Helps supervisors see their role in ensuring that employees are treated with respect especially when it comes to the way they treat employees and the behaviors they are modeling for their team. Supervisors are also given tips on building an inclusive work environment where all employees feel they belong.
The Respectful Supervisor: Motivating and Retaining Employees (13 minutes) – Shows supervisors that you convey respect to employees when you take the time to communicate with them, and when you demonstrate that you know (at least a little) about who they are as people and what it takes to do their job.
